Usage and billing

Review organization usage, choose a plan, and resolve capacity or payment restrictions.

Usage and subscriptions are shared by the organization’s projects. From the account menu, open Organization settings → Usage to review consumption, or Plan for subscription details and renewal dates. Members can read usage; owners manage subscriptions and payment settings.

Radiant credits pay for agent invocations, observation reviews and Meta Agent investigations. The usage breakdown distinguishes these operations:

Operation What is counted
Agent run A recognized agent invocation received in your project’s telemetry.
Observation review An activity item reviewed, such as a run, trace or group, rather than a finding created.
Meta Agent investigation A question sent for investigation, including follow-up questions in a conversation.

Each operation has a credit weight. Use the organization’s current usage and plan information to understand its consumption and remaining allowance.

Span counts, ingested bytes, model tokens and retained data are separate usage measurements; they do not add a second credit charge for the same operation. Plans can also limit capacity, such as team seats and active Signals.

Model token counts and USD costs in your application traces describe the model activity your instrumentation exported. They are separate from the organization’s Radiant credit balance. Use the current plan and checkout summary for prices, allowances and billing periods.

An owner opens Organization settings → Plan, chooses Choose plan or the available plan-change action, and completes hosted checkout. Return to Radiant and let billing status refresh before retrying an operation that depends on the new plan.

The Free allowance requires a saved card without a charge. It can be claimed once per user and once per organization. It does not renew periodically or replenish when a paid plan changes or ends.

Paid-plan changes and cancellation follow the terms shown in billing. A cancellation scheduled for period end leaves the subscription active until that date.

Invitations require seat capacity both when sent and when accepted. A pending invitation does not reserve a seat. If a teammate cannot accept because the organization is full, an owner can free capacity or choose a suitable plan, then the teammate can retry acceptance.

See Team and permissions for membership changes.

Check the reported reason against the organization’s Usage and Plan information. If credits are exhausted, an owner can adjust the plan or available balance. If a feature or capacity is excluded from the plan, adding credits alone does not enable it.

Payment delinquency is separate from exhausted credits. Complete the payment action shown in billing, refresh status, and retry. A background observation review can also be blocked by usage limits, so a failed review does not establish that activity had no findings.

Use Organization settings → Plan → Open payment portal to manage payment details and invoices. For deleting an organization, ensure its subscription has actually ended; see Organizations and projects.
